Stretch It Real Good
Hi everybody! I would like to focus this workout post not only on the look but to the importance of stretching! There are times we can be so eager to get the workout done that our mind can start playing tricks on us and we may convince ourselves to skip the stretch to get it over with quickly. This is a huge no-no because without stretching the muscles are unable to extend all the way and puts your muscles in risk of a tear aka injury. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible in order to help joints function as they should on a daily basis. I certainly learned my lesson the hard way, which is why I would not want anyone to do the same! Ideally, I want to stretch every morning before starting each day, but itβs something I will have to learn to make time for. Hope this was helpful and or inspiring, have a great weekend!
