Well, it is Monday. What does that mean? It means a fresh new week to think positive and by dressing the part, we are already half way there! We all feel great when we look great don't we? Yes, hence all the shopping and if you are a girl, it is as the songs says: everything she wants is everything she sees.  You just can't blame us, this is how we are programmed. This does not mean you must break your bank because if you know what to look for, thrifting can be a fun way to score something amazing for a low price while doing a good thing for the environment and local community.

 Do not be fooled though, treating yourself here and there is always fun.  I also love when I see something such as this belt go on sale from ninety dollars to just ten dollars, at that point its a must buy! Sometimes I wear the same accessories a couple days in a row, which in my book is perfectly fine, there is nothing better than staple accessories.  With the weather being in the seventies right now, I can't help but feel joyful that I can finally wear summery looks like these and not have to layer on and on! It is also a reminder that soon the trees will grow their foliage and tulips will sprout. This is why I went with shades of green that also lend a festive vibe.

Cute and comfort is my ideal combination and these vintage shorts have it! These were actually my moms, which she gave to me, I love everything about them. The unusual print, high waist, and how perfectly flowy they are! I am a sucker for vintage, especially when it comes in the shape of Gucci shoes! The chunky heel has made a huge style trend this year on any shoes style you could think of. This is a perfect example of how fashion history is constantly repeating itself, never to disappoint. 

Since I joined the UO community, I have noticed the change in my style choices that tend to be very boho and western, which is just another trend to the many different layers of my style. There are so many little details here that fall in to place beautifully like how the mixed metal belt is complemented with silver and gold rings and the brass hardware of the Coach bag.   Sending good vibes and well wishes!  Have a beautiful day!
